Membership Application 2024 - Induction Ceremony 2025

Hello everyone! 

We are excited to be welcoming new people to our chapter soon. Below I have attached the membership application form, which is to be completed and then emailed to our chapter President Peterson Pierre at edleypierre@gmail.com by January 3rd, 2025. After being accepted, membership Dues should be submitted to Sigma Nursing International via website acceptance form or phonecall to helpline during business hours. Then, we will have our induction ceremony on March 8th, 2025, further details TBA.
